Well, I started giving lessons again yesterday. As some of you know, I have given one or two players lessons for some time but they don't pay. I am still giving lessons to 2 players who don't pay. However, I thought I'd open it up some for a minimal fee and give some lessons to others. Yesterday was our second session. (We actually started last week.) and it was a blast. We started at 4 and went until 8. With the heat, I thought some might cancel. None did. Instead, every player got there early and so, they could get loose with some Tee work in another cage. A couple of these girls were dripping wet by the time we were done. One said that he hadn't had that kind of workout in a long time. I had a lot of parents stick around and so, that was pretty neat as well. One of the dads commented when I was done and starting to load up my equipment that he noticed how much fun I had. He was absolutely right. My dd also was there helping and so, that was special as well. We are going to do these lessons jointly.

Parents, for many hitting instructors it is ok to stick around and ask questions. I commented to one dad that I don't mind questions at all and if I can't give him a good answer for what I was having his dd do, then I don't need to be giving lessons.

Sweet! It sounds like you really enjoy helping people and working with the kids. Is this more like a camp or a 1 on 1 thing?

If your interested in giving my 12 year old DD a look shoot me a message. (We live in Highland so are pretty close.) I've kind of shied away from lessons due to cost and not really caring for the instruction she received. I've been looking for an opportunity to get her a little extra training with the bat. Naturally I would pay. Your coaching resume speaks for itself, plus you taught me American history lol.

If you are going to take on a few more can you send me a pm on what you are thinking? I may be interested depending on our schedules.
