Pulled out the bat drag buster tonight. Curious what thoughts are on these type of devices in 2018.

After reading a post on here I made my own bat drag buster out of heavy duty rubber bands and velcro. It did amazing things for my daughter over one winter. Use it for tee, front toss and live pitching. After several thousand reps she understood what it should feel like. We always did regular reps at the end of a workout. I am a fan if monitored properly! My 2 cents
