For work on palm up palm down we use Tupperware lids. Hold between your hands, swing and release the lip, if it flies like a Frisbee your palm up palm down is working.

Be careful with the goals you promote when performing drills ... it is possible that what you practice will spill over into the swing ... which for many is the objective of practicing.

You would be better off doing this. Throw the bat.

Can anyone, specially crankermo, tell me a little, or a lot, about the CHAIR DRILL, that he has his daughter doing, when working with the tee?

That girl has one beautiful swing.

I see that her back leg is bent on the sway back, and does holding the coil, Keep it as bent as she turns?

I see so many of my girls having that back leg straight.

I think that gif should be in the model swing thread.

    Mann,

I've never done the chair drill with my DD. Thanks for the kind words though.

That is a girl I believe Ffs was working with. I just remember a theme of "sway", if that helps someone find the thread or gif.
    Good Luck!

    That's it redhotcoach, thanks.

If five frame's been working with this girl, he should be very proud of himself.
