I came across the Casey drill on the forum and thought it would help with my DD dropping her hands and with bat drag. I had a couple questions...
*I saw the video with the side toss... does it matter if it is front toss or off a low tee? I'm much better at front toss apparently according to my daughter but maybe soft toss is better to keep the ball in a more consistent area of the plate at contact.
*Would it be better for her to have her front leg out instead of kneeling on it? I saw both versions and thought the front leg out might be good for her because she seems to get over it a little when hitting and maybe this would be an extra benefit of the drill.
Any suggestions for this drill would be great. I have a feeling she's going to hate this one!
