    Default Covering home

12u. With a runner on 3rd, the pitcher throws a wild pitch and the catcher chases down the ball. Where should the pitcher setup to recieve the throw from the catcher and potentiality get the runner coming home out?

    Thanks in advance

I've never been a fan of straddling the base like that. Girls will sometimes take their eye off the throw to see the runner. Also when the runner doesn't slide the pitcher has to pick up her teeth and get her nose reset.

I prefer to set up in the right hand batter's box and sweep tag or drop the tag.

    I like ken's video,.

    I think it is right.
