Not that impressed by the Power Carbon. Exit speed is no different than my daughters Demarini CFX. The Power Carbon is only 1 month old, maybe it will wake up over time.

Ok, not that impressed but just as good as her gamer Demarini. I will take that as the worse case scenario actually

Maybe I was expecting too much out of the Power Carbon. There is a lot of people claiming that the Power Carbon has 3-5 mph better exits speeds than most bats except the Easton Ghost. Some people even claiming 5-10mph better exit speeds. The Demarini CFX gets some pretty poor reviews on this site for some reason. It has been my experience that the Power Carbon is no better than the CFX. All my exits speeds were taken with a Pocket Radar.

Maybe the -11 Power Carbon is not as hot as the -10. I really have no idea why I am not seeing the same results that so many others are claiming. I do hope at some point that my daughters Power Carbon does get the 3-5 mph better exit speeds that others are claiming. As of now it has not happened.

Here are the exit speeds from my 10u daughter. All speeds are taken off a Tanner Tee.

And every bat isn't for everybody else, not gonna have the same results. BUT, one thing that stands out to me, the PC and LXT are both heavier than the CFX
and not getting as fast exits. And, the drop11 Demarini is prob at or below sticker. While the PC and LXT is over sticker.

So the Demarini is prob around 19oz or a shade below, while the LXT is prob around 21 or a little more and the PC is prob around 21 give or take...so
we are talking almost 2 ounce diff between the bats you are trying to compare and draw a conclusion on.

If she is swinging a 30/19 and its right for her, pretty hard to swing a 2oz heavier bat and blame the bats because they arent giving
her speeds like the one that's more her correct weight. Im not going to pick up a 30oz bat and say the bat isn't impressive because
my gamer 27oz Max puts up better exit speeds.

I would like to see the numbers with a 30/19 PC..have to compare apples to apples.

DD has used her new 32-22 PC for 3 games and it seems to really come off her bat a lot better. She switched from a 31-21 LXT that was very good but just needed a bigger bat. She tried out the Xeno, LXT, and Demarini and she hit better with the PC. We didn't record exit speeds. Several parents are sold on it.

How the Mizuno Power Carbon F19 is helping my DD hit better.

So my kid loves the Xeno. Great bat, love it but its just reaching the end of it's life.
We got the Mizuno Power Carbon F19,-10.

She hated the bat at first because it gives immediate feedback if you don't hit the ball in the sweet spot. (just like a wooden bat the sweet spot is on the smallish side)

The Xeno and others mask the swings that aren't ideal and she doesn't know she isn't hitting her spots.

Fast forward about 3 batting sessions in and the bat is helping her fine tune her swing with the feedback it's providing her.

Helping her with timing. Swinging to soon ball hits slightly towards the end of the bat (instant feedback) Inside pitch to late getting in on the handle side of the bats sweet spot. (instant feedback) The Xeno doesn't do this as the sweet spot is anywhere except cap and handle. No feedback and feels like any swing she takes good or bad- timing wise.

The old adage "its the Indian, not the arrow" is always true but in this case the bat (her new arrow) is making her a bit better.

Hahaha, nice. Again, the PC is the sleeper that nobody wants to use because its not the "household" name. When we did demos, kids hit them better than their gamers, but
it was a Mizuno so yuk...I don't see them on TV :)

The kids that don't care about "name", are swinging one of the best bats in the game

Any idea where one may find a location near Portland, Oregon to demo a PC?
