Me and the head coach just finished our cages and Tee stations, he’s dead set on putting our Jugs machine in one stall. We bought 3 dozen dimple balls for the machine this morning. I told him I was going to look into some bats to keep the girls from using their composites.

I love Play it again Sports!!
$25.00 for two cage bats! Bought 3 things today, the base clean out tool was the most expensive!

Its funny - we broke two bats last year when the girls were hitting dimple balls - although I think it was the stupid Hurricane that weakened them. I've never thought of picking up a couple of beaters at Play It Again.

The problem is not the dimple balls, it is when they become water logged and weigh upwards of a pound.

Hey riseball, at the end of last season.......just after winning the State Championship, our AD finally got on board with our program:rolleyes:, we’re a small private Christian school and the administrators think soccer is the only sport that exists! After our HS boys made it to the State finals Championship game and lost, they realized this softball thing might be something to invest in??

They’ve spent some serious money in the past 9 or 10 months on the softball program including building a 16’x20’ building right beside our concession building, every girl has their area to hang all their stuff.....bat bag, cleats, etc. The larger section of open floor has all the Tanners Tees, all the buckets, 2 shopping carts full of balls, and a Jugs machine. Nothing EVER gets left outside in the weather, I’m not the biggest fan of pitching machines, but these new dimple balls will never see water!

We just built a practice infield beside our main field, two Tee stations, and two separate 70’ cages, and a killer two pitching stall bullpen. Our HS facility rivals a lot of lower D1 facilities and is nicer than most D2 facilities I’ve seen. I’ll get some pics and post them in the next couple of days.

I’m thinking 2013 On the blue barrel Rocketech. That was a good year! Both dd’s Swung one of thoseat one time or another, a 31 and a 33. Great memories. Better bats than they ever got credit for.

Keep the bats and dimple balls 55* plus at all times and you will never have a problem.

We used a 31/21 Nanotek as a cage bat several years ago, it was a great bat!

Here’s a couple of field pics off of our FB page, and one of Anna pitching from this past Thursday night.
