Power Carbon came yesterday! First let me thank Coresoftball for the best price and a fast turn around time, way cheaper than the internet sites! Hit a bucket in the backyard as soon as it was delivered and was very impressed. Very hot, eyeball radar says she was hitting harder and farther than her cf8 right out of the wrapper. Temps were around 44 and she never once complained about hurting her hands either and she is super sensitive to that. One miss hit right off the end she said felt different but didn't hurt, for her that is amazing. Went to indoor facility later to practice slapping, bunting, swinging away and had great results. She's still learning to hit lefty but wanted to try it from the right just because and was smoking the ball. This bat is super loud btw, the first ball she hit with it she stared at the bat for a minute and looked confused and started laughing. If the durability is good, this thing seems like the real deal. Thanks again Core.

My DD's Power Carbon also arrived yesterday. Got a great deal from Core, thanks... Unfortunately, DD broke a bone in her wrist playing basketball so shes in a cast. When she opened it:
her- "can we go hit with it???"
me- "ugh hows that gonna work with your wrist?"
her- "stupid cast!!! ok you just hit it....I just want to hear it"

so for the first time last night my daughter soft tossed a bucket to me lol

about a week before...we thought it was a sprain at first, no swelling or bruising. she said a 3/4 on pain scale. After a few days we took her to the DR just to make sure, turns out its a scaphoid fracture.

We had already planned on getting her a bat for her Bday.:(

I thank core for great experience great price and speedy shipping. However we are experiencing different results dd has 3 bats demarini balanced top axe bat and now power carbon. On pocket radar power carbon is getting average 8 mph faster exit speed than both last year bats from a tee. When we hit from live pitching she is mishitting ball about 70% within power carbon and actually had to stop hitting due to the amount of vibration and sting. She did not experience this with either of the older bats. Also when hitting I measure 4 longest distance per bat and power carbon came up a good 30 ft shorter than older bats. We are going to keep comparing bats I hope I didn’t just purchase a $300 doorstop.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing your experience. Don't take this personally but I'm hoping that what you are describing is that one in a million dud! ;-) Yes, we have a PC on it's way....

My perception on batting is there are no magic bats the batter still has to do the work and make solid contact for any of them to produce a good hit. yet new technology may give a slight advantage I hoped being a 3 piece bat it should reduce sting when jammed on the inside or end of the bat contact. I’m truly hoping since axe bat is her primary bat and she is slowly getting used to round Handel again is the problem and not the bat. The dem balanced is a 31 which is shorter and she doesn’t really use it anymore just used in this comparison. Power carbon definitely had higher exit speed which “in theory” should go farther.

The Mizuno Power Carbon is a two piece bat

Its really a 3 piece...Carbon2 is two piece. Mizuno kinda has it listed wrong in their description.

I guess you can list it anyway you want. Barrel, handle, inner tech...you could also even add endcap as another piece like the 2Legit did...haha.
So it fits from 2 to 4 piece. most bats with inner pieces list bats as atleast 3 piece.

None of what I am gonna say is meant to be rude or anything...but if you are getting great results from a tee like you are...then I think other things are at work here. Just by
you mentioning that almost all her hits are mishits in live pitching tells me its more than likely not the bat. No bat is gonna stop you from feeling a hit in the hands. And it sounds like
there are a ton of non barrel hits and if you don't barrel up, you def aren't going to get distance.
