If you want to trade your Zepp sensor in for a $75 credit on a $125 Blast Motion, it expires soon. 09/30/18.

I don’t know if support for the Zepp app will be discontinued but I am trading my sensor in.

Where is this offer?

It is on their website:
https://blastmotion.com/zepp-trade-in

Enter your information on the site and you will receive an email with the following information. Note, you will have to pay shipping to get it there. But a USPS label for a first class padded envelope should be less than $3.

They do not say if you have to provide all of the additional components (sleeve and charger). I only mention this because I have no idea where my charger is. I might try to submit without and see what happens. Clearly we don't still use ours, but I'm always up to test (and review if worthy) new tech.

Next Steps
1. Please place just your Zepp sensor in a padded envelope and send it to:
Blast Motion
Attn: Zepp Trade-In
5803 Newton Drive, Suite D
Carlsbad, CA 92008
2. Print this email and include it in the envelope. You’ll need to pay your own postage to send the Zepp sensor back to Blast.
3. Upon receipt of the Zepp sensor, we will email you a personal discount code, allowing you to purchase any Blast sensor for $75.00 on the blastmotion.com store.
4. You’ll receive an email confirmation for your purchase after you place your order.
5. Your new Blast sensor will be on the way shortly!

I went to their website. I didn't find a sensor so what am I trading for? I am not real happy with Zepp, never have been, but I guess I don't understand what's being offered to replace a Zepp.

The Zepp and the Blast Motion were similar sensors and Blast Motion successfully sued Zepp for patent infringement, which basically put Zepp out of business.

Here is a link that should show the Blast Motion sensor.

And speaking of new tech.... the new Pocket Radar appears to have capability to display speed real-time on a bluetooth mobile device. I have wanted something like that for years!

thank you! so, here's my next question - when I moved DD up to a Stealth, the knob was bigger than her old bat. This caused the rubber sensor holder to rip. when I asked Zepp about it, the solution was to put the sensor back on the old bat. will the Blast sensor fit all sizes of knobs?

Cvsoftball- Not sure about the knob size.

4 girls dad- looking forward to hearing what you think about it. Also curious to hear what if anything you subscribed to? Looks like there are more “pay” options available (but maybe not necessary) for the BM unit.

Back on the dirt...
I will report back. I dont like that I have to pay for multiplayer usage but I really didn’t have many other players on the zepp. They did call and tell me about the team programs they offer.
