Do it yourself! There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it and you can order different color laces and a lacing needle online for less than $10. Relacing a glove while enjoying an adult beverage and a cigar is a great way to spend an evening!

I agree with both guys above, if you want someone to do it, definitely Jeffrey Rous in Farmers Branch, Texas. But as JAD said, you can do it yourself. I probably wouldn’t recommend you try a trap or a mod-trap for your first re-lace, but I don’t know you.....it may be a breeze for you to do!

I do both, I like re-lacing myself and shipping them to Jeffrey, just cause I like the guy and like supporting him. Spoke to him an hour ago, he has a Vinci of mine and a Rawlings that belongs to one of my buddies DD. He asked me if I gave his contact info to someone here, said he got a glove(s) in from someone named Bruce, or Butch from Colorado, told him it wasn’t me this time.

I just noticed you said Texas preferably, Rous is definitely your guy, but if it’s just the fingers, I’d fix it myself.

Great supplies here.

I have laced a ton myself. It's easy. Monkey see monkey do

Im very very picky with gloves. I highly recommend DeLand at New Life Gloves. He's a great guy and very thorough. You'll be very happy with the results

C'mon now Annasdad, you remember me and you definitely were the one who gave me Jeff's contact info (although it was a while ago). I almost bought a HOH outfielders glove from you 9-10 months ago (might have been a 303-6 something?) that Jeff had relaced. He currently has two of my Vinci's (a BV1929-L and a JCV-VM catchers mitt). I've done some re-lacing and as JAD says it can be a nice way to pass the time while enjoying some of life's finer pleasures but I wanted a more experienced opinion on these two.

Okay, but I was under the impression from Rous that all this took place in the last week or so, yeah that’s been awhile back, what’s taken so long??

Well, tried to time it so my DD's wouldn't be without their primary gloves for the end of travel ball, then college camps, tryouts, etc. The Jeff was on vacation, blah, blah... High School season is in the fall here and we just had our first games this weekend, both girls survived using their backup gloves. ;-)
