Ok, this is a VERY long shot, but no harm to try as I know there are a few old softballers on here :)

A long time ago, Powerhouse made some metal bats (Intimidator) and a couple more. I had an
Intimidator II and cant track it down.

I am in the market for one of their bats...text me if you or someone knows of one

Hey Core, I hope it wasn't worth a lot of money........probably 4 years ago, or longer, I took 10/12 bats into Play-it-again-Sports and traded them in for practically nothing!! One was a 28oz. green Intimidator II with a slight flat spot on one side. I never bought the bat, I honestly don't remember how it came into my possession? I did play for a guy who owned an electrical company who loved buying equipment, truth be known, he probably bought it, and this guy bought in bulk:cool:

I don't remember that bat blowing me away........unlike the first time our manager handed me a 34/27 composite Miken Freak, BLOWN AWAY!!! And that was coming from the old black & gold Easton 34/34 aluminum bat, sorry can't remember the model? That Miken was dangerous, probably the worst thing that ever happened to me, I was lead off hitter on every team I played for, usually averaged around a .900 BA in close to every tournament I played in, and all of the sudden I can hit a dinger pretty much at will......that ain't right!

The VERY first time I touched that Freak, I was standing outside the dugout door, visiting team, getting ready to walk to the box, he handed me that Freak and said "here, tear the wrapper off and use this!" I sprayed the softball everywhere, this was league play, the other team knew me well and just played me straight up. The first pitch I hit a line drive straight to the 1B's chest, he never got his glove up to it, scared the crap out of everyone, game was delayed probably 15 minutes. I didn't do anything different, just squared one up and hit it exactly where I meant to, well a little low, that was usually a shot down RF line for a double. The ball reacted like it had been shot out of a cannon, I never touched that aluminum Easton again, ever!! That was my first experience with a composite bat, I think that Freak was banned not long after that? I'm 53 now, man that was a lifetime ago!

A very slight possibility, but my cousin played for Powerhouse and he had a garage full of bats and schwag from them. I'll shoot him a text. Crazy thought of the day Troy Brumbelow is now a mayor in GA.

No AD, not worth a ton of money...I am just in a search for one because of a league. I actually had the Intimidator II, which made me remember them. My buddy had the blue one
before that...the thing was so flat it looked like a canoe paddle...haha. I actually passed my I2 down to a buddy and now he is playing the "I am just gonna keep it card" on me even
though I gave him the darn bat years ago so he could use it in a crap league. That's what I get for being nice :)

They don't hit with composites, but Im just trying to make the most of a bad league...haha

I knew this was a long shot...most of these bats were turned into paddles back in the day. I actually have no idea why PH popped in my head. I was gonna look for
a TPS Outlaw but people are crazy what they want for that thing. Another bat I had and gave away. Maybe that why I keep all my bats...haha

OK I'm sure I should have something in TPS I played for them for years. I'm certain I have both powerdomes and inertia bats around. I'll see if any aren't paddles. They gave us free bats like bottles of water, so I never spent the time beating them back into place on utility poles. I just gave them to kids and grabbed another one. I went through 11 Ritchs bats in one Smoky Mountain Classic

They had to...all those old, decent metals just bent like tin cans...but they still hit. You just had to keep spinning them when you hit to kinda pop the other side out.
It was like an everchanging oval...haha. One side got a dent, you hit the other side which popped that one out but then that side got waved up, and so on. It was never the same
shape.

Like I said, I had an old TPS Outlaw (silver, one piece) a long time ago and I gave it away like I did a lot back then. I didn't know idiots would be charging the prices they want
for that freakin bat nowadays.
I also gave away an original 1994 Demarini DW. Had so many bats I just didn't think about stuff back then.
