Hit with it today and she hit the first ball and said the ball didn't come off the bat with any pop. Still looked pretty good to me. Then she said it sounds different. It did seem to sound a little different but hit the ball pretty good. She is convinced the ball wasn't coming off the bat as hard as normal. Didn't see anything wrong with the bat. She may want a new bat but that's not her normally. Any ideas?

Both our 2017 and 2018 LXT's required a little break in, noticeably different/better after a couple hundred hits.
She has used it and loves it for a little over a year. Sounded a little different today.
Oh sorry, I took that as it was a new bat. How hot is it where you're at and where were the balls stored? I threw Anna a BP last week at our school field, ~100 degrees on the field, who knows how hot it was inside the storage building where the buckets of balls are stored, but it was HOT!! The balls definitely get softer and have a more mushy sound when they get that hot. I personally have never ran into a LXT going bad, they're either broken or not, at least that's been my experience.
