anyone have any experience with warranty claims with No Errors?

My Ball Boy XL just sprung a zipper on one of the rounded corners on the top flap


still usable, just can't fully unzip....bag has been great other than this


really hoping they will ship a replacement before i send them this one back.......7 tournaments over the next 9 weeks, not a lot of down time there lol

update: sent a few pictures and they immediately shipped me a new one AND told me to keep the one with the bad zipper


A+ customer service.....start to finish took 48 hours

We had the same experience with my daughter's dinger bag. Zippers were all fine, but one of the sides had gotten snagged and was starting to fray. Showed the receipt and a new one was on the way. I will definitely continue to buy from them

I will say, some of their bags looked really nice and large. The only thing that stopped me was when they first came out,
they were too bright and had their name all over and in huge letters on the bag.

But loved the huge mudder wheels and size of the roller bag itself.
