Do you always get a voucher now for a Demarini warranty claim? I just started a claim for a cracked bat, and the email I received said this:
If your bat is found to be covered under our warranty policy, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. We cover shipping cost back to you via 2nd day air.
I assume if we were getting a voucher, it would be via email. That reads like they would be sending a bat. Maybe they just haven't updated their standard email? I'd like to try to get a different size.
Also, when people say they give a voucher for the full price of the bat, is that the MSRP regardless of what i paid for it, or is that what I paid for it through a dealer?
