Thanks Core, I just asked because the Bat Weight database does make reference to a 2017 Ghost

Ghost 32/22 ASA (2017)............AW 22.3 - 22.9 oz
Ghost 32/22 ASA (2018)............AW 22.5 - 22.7 oz

This is based on when I received the data. The Ghost was on the market in 2017. I am now learning that they are all considered a 2018 model, and I will correct the list.

EDIT: Done.

Its kinda confusing how manufacturers date their bats...like cars anymore. A while ago, it used to be the year they came out, then all of sudden they started with the whole
year ahead thing. I think its to make the bats sound current. For example, if you labeled the QPro a 2018...when you got to January, people would think its an old
bat...which its not because it didn't come out til mid 2018

Our organization has purchased a number of Ghost. The athletes have broken several and have had them replaced. In one instance a player broke her replacement which was replaced. Several of the recently replacement 34 in. Ghost bats do not seem to have them same sound or pop the former bat had. In fact a bat we had replace just a few days ago also appears to sound and swing somewhat differently then the original bat. Has any one else experienced any issues with the new Easton Ghost? We have given the original and the replacement bats the same amount of break-in periods. All thoughts are appreciated.

In the short time she's used the warranty bat my DD hasn't noticed any difference in performance between it and the original Ghost I bought. I haven't either. Granted, she hasn't gotten many swings on this replacement bat.
