DD did some bp with the Legit last night and loved it. She liked the feel of it when she hit and the ball’s we’re flying off that bat.

Just remember, if your DD likes the old Legit2, she'll absolutely love the new Quatro since it's been tweaked over and over again from the time it was bought out by Rawlings. For what core sells them for shipped, it's a hard bat to touch for the performance at that price point. It only gets better from there.

Im glad she liked it :)

It doesn't make the "ping" like some bats are made to do...but the Legit/Quatro line is a very solid bat that will hit with anything. Problem
is also Rawlings didn't raise their retail price to 349.95...so you have people that think because they aren't at that price , that the bat
is a lesser bat. Which isn't the case.

I looked at the Quattro but she needs a -11 right now. Hopefully when she grows the Quattro will still be around or we can find a good used one if not.

I bought my daughter an old Techzilla on Ebay for $30 as a cage bat. For some reason she loves it. I had 2 drawbacks with it though, not the bats fault: a) it is endloaded and my DD usually swings a balanced CFX. b) it does not have a stamp on it so I am guessing she can't use it in sanctioned tourneys, which is no big deal. She actually faced a slower pitcher a few weeks ago and used it in a game but it was unsanctioned, she smashed with it. LOL I should just start buying her only $30 bats.

The old saying is, "You have to swing an evenly balanced bat. An end-loaded bat swings itself." I would think that you'd want to get her an end-loaded bat to begin with. Buy her a an end-loaded bat off of core and be done with it. You and I both know that a composite bat is far superior to a metal bat whether it's an Anderson or not. I can tell you from experience, this is the case. DD hit RT's up until the Ghost came out. She tried every offering from every bat manufacturer but never got the results she had with her Rocketech. This year, I ordered her a 34/26 from core. With her RT, you could see the ball just jump off of the bat. With the Ghost, I can't see the ball until it hits the net it's so fast. This may not be the average observation, but I can tell you it seems to be the general concensus of the bat length and speed I recommend for my hitters when they take my advice.

Im going to have a heart attack :)

LMAO...:p

ETA: Just so everyone knows, DD was a "metalhead" i.e. loved her Rocketechs and Rocketflexes. I tried everything in his arsenal and even some that weren't but couldn't find a bat that my DD hit as well/ hard as those until his latest offering, which was a 34/26 Ghost. That's what the razzing is about. I finally had to admit that composite was better than metal. So to you core...a double:p ;)
