Bought DD a Blast Motion Sensor for Christmas. Today was her first day using it. Any hints or tips on deciphering all of the metrics? How do I help give her that info to improve swing? 2nd yr 14u/HS freshman. Thank you!

Looking at the metrics, the first two things that strike me is it tells me she is pushing the bat through the zone with the back hand versus pulling it with her front and "throwing" the bat through the ball. That means there is a lot of uphill mechanics wrong to begin with. She's not building a corner, she's not getting depth and thus, not being able to build the bat speed behind her which results in poor hand speed as well as bat speed. The second thing that strikes me is she's taking her hands to the ball. Her hands should be more elevated and the attack angle bigger. JMHO.

Thank you for looking at the metrics and for your input. FYI, every time they go in the tunnel, the first few pitches by the coach are bunted, so I’m not sure how much that effected the numbers. After playing around with it for quite sometime, I understood the graph and where she falls within her goals a bit better.
