Looking for some performance reviews on younger girls using the ghost. Specifically looking at the 30 -10 for my 10u dd. She is on her 4th demarini in 6 months. She has cracked her last 3.

My 13 yr old dd loves her ghost. But not sure on the younger one being able get the same performance.

Uhmmmm......Why not? Aren't you taking your 10U DD to the same Hitting Coach? I don't understand this question. If your 13 YO can swing it, then your 10U can. I have several players swinging this bat. I put an 11U in a 33 /24 and she's putting it over from a tee. I put a 9 YO in a 30/20 and she's absolutely smashing the ball. I put a 10 YO in a 31/21 and she's hitting the top of the fence. I put an 11 YO in one and she's knocking it over. Most importantly, I put my 18 YO DD in a 34/26 Ghost and she's on her way to the Netherlands, as I post this, to play against 5 other European National/ Olympic Softball teams and she's one of the top hitters in the continent according to college coaches. So what's the problem you foresee?! It's the hottest bat out there whether straight from the wrapper or otherwise. All I can say is pm coresoftball20 and get one for yourself. He'll give you the best deal around!

This isn't an old school Easton where you get better performance if you are bigger and can compress the composite better, or a bat that needs
5000 swings to loosen up.

A 30/20 will perform as well as a 33/23...bat is the same tech.

Batter still needs to hit the ball first and foremost with any bat :)

I’m starting to believe the hot out of the wrapper stuff. DD’s warranty ghost showed up two days ago and she hit it in front toss. Absolute rockets compared to a -9 Xeno with pretty low number of hits on it. I’m going to try and back up my observations tonight with pocket radar exit speeds. I’ve always believed in hitting bats “like you stole them” but I think im going to see if I can find a Stealth Flex on the cheap for a practice bat. Should have listened to Core sooner. Sigh.

Yocoach- in reading your post I’m wondering if I’m holding 15 year old dd back by having her swing a measly 33/23. There are some big bats in that arsenal.

I know they are making a usssa ghost. Was told June 1st about.

Think usssa is the only one holding this up as they are deciding what their "standards"
will be on gap bats

Just snagged a SCN6B for 60 bucks shipped. Seems like the price has stayed artificially high on the non-approved Easton’s or I would have done this sooner.
