Right Here For Now
Less girls choose easton ghost today. My DD also prefers DeMarini and Slugger.

Have her hit their newest offerings, the PXT and the CFX. I guarantee you, she won't be a Big D or LS fan any longer. Once you have nowhere else to turn, then have her try a Ghost. She'll be hooked after the first swing and so will you.

Yeah I cant knock the LXT. Aly loved It, she would still be swinging It If she hadn't moved up a size. She tried a teammates CF9 and liked It so I thought why not give them a try. It'll stay In her bag until she moves up another size, no sense In letting It go when there are younger players on her rec team that may not be able to afford a composite bat. Know anything about the Marucci Pure? I saw one on sale today and thought for $90 It might make a nice backup composite bat. I held my composure though, took a couple deep breathes and put my debit card back In my wallet. :) If I plan on pulling the trigger on one of the USSSA approved Ghosts then I don't need to be purchasing anymore bats In the meantime..... Haaaa Haaaa, like that's gonna last. Im seriously thinking about going to meetings to control my addiction.

Someone needs to start a 12 step program for bat buying addicts. I counted up today, after buying a bat, and I’ve bought 10 bats in the last 14 months! In my defense I’ve been shopping for a very picky dd. I sold 5 of them and 1 was a replacement for a broken one.

I have you beat:) When DD was trying to transition from her RT to a composite, I purchased 13 within a year and she still ended up with her RT until this year. Now she's swinging a 34/26 Ghost and loving it.

I'm a bat addict as well but I have it pretty good now. Most of my parents are clueless so they ask me to buy the bats for my players then reimburse me. Now I have the best of both worlds! I get to feed my addiction without incurring the debt

I wish our parents would let me do that!

“Neo” made his first post ever at 12:53 am in this post that mentions ghost.

“Kevinh” made his first ever post at 12:44 am in a separate ghost thread.

The Westwind Detective Agency is on this deal.

Typical...I am guessing stores/friends of one that have wayyyyy too much Wilson stock right now because of the deal that was made :)

I don't knock the LXT, its a good bat, plain and simple. PXT is a POS. I also have never lied about a product like other big named stores do just to sell. And I
have told people from the start, the Ghost is the best bat made right now and people have tried for themselves and not one bad review. I still stand by
that comment.

BUT, and its a big BUT...I would never support a company (Wilson) that went out of their way to screw over middle class stores owners AND their own customers.

I had a lot more written here...but I digress :)

When the USSSA ghost comes out I will sell you my DD's PXT that rides in her bag so I can buy the ghost. I'll give you a great deal.

Anna has had and used 4 different LXT's, a 2014, a 2015, and two 2017 models, all 4 were absolutely fantastic bats! I've only had my hands on one PXT bat, we were at a local to us D2 college camp were I knew both of the AC's very well, one of them asked me to hit infield and she handed me a 33/23 PXT. At first I was happy to get to try one, but after the 4th or 5th ball hit I thought to myself, "wow this feels terrible", to me it had no feel, an odd sound, and I definitely felt like I had to swing much harder to get the ball to move the same as if I had swung a LXT easier.....that make sense? I know it's a completely different bat than the LXT, but I have no idea why anyone would choose one over an LXT?

Apples to oranges I know but when I hit infield with my dd’s Combat Maxxum,28/15, I had to actually try not to hit too hard. That little bat was super hot, plus I was hitting to 7&8 yo’s. Point being, the PXT should be easy for a grown man to hit hard with.
