I'm currently using Nike Magistra soccer cleats for softball. I like the cleats and think they are pretty good cleats. I've been using them since tryouts from high school season. But now, the cleats are making my feet sore, especially if I am playing a bunch of games in a day. I've tried replacing the insoles and everything I can think of. I'm thinking about buying either Ringor or Boombah cleats but I'm not sure what direction I should go. What have your daughters experience been with these brands or is there another brand that's been pretty good for you?

Boombah are hard and wear out quickly....my daughter needed more than one pair per season. She's very happy with her ringors. They've lasted the full year no problem. They are sizes weird though....run very small about a size to size and a half

DD wears Boombah and really likes them. They've held up well on wet outfields unlike other brands (Nike and 3n2) that seperated the top from the sole in the middle of tournaments. That being said she has wide toes and narrow heels so Ringors and Mizunos don't fit her right

That sounds a little bit like what my Magistras are doing. But mine are making my feet sore in the middle of like the second game were playing. They are seperating a little bit where foot sits in the shoe. I shouldn't have too many fitting issues besides having a little bit longer second toe than big toe.

We have bought many pairs of Mizuno's. Have had one pair of Ringors which were also good. Somebody mentioned New Balance above, would not be afraid to try those.

Don't be afraid to try on men's cleats too, we always bought men's shoes for basketball.

We live near Ringor and I order through a coach who drives there to pick up the order for his program, so I don't know how long it usually takes for most folks. I'd call them directly with any questions. Just remember that their sizes tend to run small.

If you get two pair, the turfs are nice because they seem to work well on gym floors, cages, etc. DD never lets hers touch dirt...
