Core, how has the titanium demoing gone?

Is it really outperforming the Ghost and Prism in hitting?

Is it feel end weighted like most girls that have swung it so far and commenting on because Mizuno indicates it is balanced and not end-loaded.

Does the titanium have a "ping" sound when hitting kind of like the old makos and the Louisville bats? (this might be the DD killer as she hates the dreaded "ping" sound)

thanks for the reply.

Well dang..was hoping you were talking about the gloves. That is disappointing.

Still, thanks for the initial impression.

I was talking about Marucci with this comment...haha.

Someone said they swung the Marucci bat and they kids weren't impressed...I said that
Marucci has been very disappointing for us

Unfortunately, going to be able to do very little. I thought I would have the bats for a little longer then just 2 days. And with having a regular
job and not being very light out very long anymore...going to be very limited use. I get home at like 6:45 every day, so that leaves me
hardly any time. May get some net work tonight

The Ti DEF has a ping like metal...not like LS bats...but like real metal.

I have weighed them all...all were within .3 of an ounce.

Yupper...been telling Marucci 100 times what their problem is and they refuse to listen. The rep in this area is so damn lazy, he wont even do a baseball demo
here for us for a baseball league's indoor facilities. Heck, baseball bats they are atleast good at. Then wonder why sales sucks. He did it last year
and we sold about 40 baseball bats for them.

Been telling them about their fp bats for a while, falls on deaf ears. Whatever, I have no problem not getting any and neither does potential customers
considering their lack of sales. It is an ok bat with good durability...that's it. Not gonna beat anything out there. But yet, its map price is right with
all the big boys and so is cost.

Well my DD likes the Marucci that we got from you but she is only 9 and doesn't know any better (trying to keep it that way for another year or two at least ;) )

I have said, its a good smaller girls bat as it takes a beating and you don't need anything overly impressive at a young age.

Also, if I needed a team bat I knew would hold up, that would do the job as well.

Ok, on to Mizuno...again...very limited sample as I got home at 7 and was only able to hit about 80 balls with the 4 bats. Light was gone, so glad I had a flood light...haha.
None of these bats were beat up...they all looked pretty new'ish unfortunately.

Ti- Very unusual bat, I can tell by the sound, just as my rep said, it will turn some girls off. It pings like a metal bat which will make a certain percentage of girls
hate it no matter what. I was even taken back right away, wasn't used to hearing that anymore...haha. Prob had the most endload out of all the bats but isn't
an endloaded bat. Came off decent, again, wish I had more time. Not much vibration. Needed more swings.

Power Carbon - This bat had some juice to it, balls came off quick and has a distinct clack sound like many other bats do nowadays with their own sound. I enjoyed
taking cuts with it. Balanced for the most part. Not much vibration. Thing was pretty hot as it was. Came off better than most bats I have hit with.

Carbon2 - I will relate this bat to the CF series of bats. Kinda soft and the bat flexes a lot. Balls came off good, but I have never been a flex bat fan. But that's just me...haha.
Very balanced feel. Same feedback as a CF bat. Tell, it needed more cuts to break in.

Carbon1 - Ok, I really liked this bat, BUT I am a one piece fan, plain and simple. Came off good but def needed more swings. Many girls wont like it because its one piece and if
you miss hit it, you will feel feedback. Balanced bat, BUT prob had the next amount of endload after the Ti.

All in all, again, small sample and cant say a ton of stuff. I think the Power Carbon is a winner for people even with the small swings I got. Can tell it came off very well. Ti will be
a bat for a select few who can get past the ping. From what I have been told, the Ti passes compression in the sweetspot but outside the bat it illegal (testing doesn't test outside the ss so
mishits may go better). Wish I had more time. If you are a CF fan, the Carbon2 may be your bat. Same type feel.

And I will prob be the only one who likes the one piece :)

I would seriously consider the QPro. I bought a 34/25 for myself. My DD swings a 34/26 Ghost. We tried to hit 10 balls each off of a tee from HP over a 215' fence with each bat. I hit 5 with my QPro while DD hit 4. I hit 3 over with her Ghost and she hit 4. However, our mis-hits were on average, 10-15' further with the QPro. That said, I haven't hit Mizuno's latest offerings yet but I should be able to provide feedback on those shortly...Hopefully....

ETA: DD has had her Ghost from first year 18U (17) through Fall Ball of College Ball Sophomore year. I have yet to hear of a Ghost losing "their pop" and certainly, DD's hasn't yet, from what her College Coach is telling us.

What is the actual weight of the 34/26 Ghost?
Our 34/24 is 24.85 oz
Thanks

It's closer to 27 (just under by a hair) but I don't have a postal scale to be accurate enough to give you the actual weight. I only have a produce scale. Have you checked the bat weight thread? Someone may have posted the actual weight there.

The only 34" Ghost on the list is 34/24.
