Not here.
My DD has a ghost is a line drive hitter. Off season we work on exaggerate the launch angle to get more distance. I tell her to swing for the fences and put them over as a goal. Needs to get more 'air' under them.

Unlike this....they all don't go over the fence....but a couple manage. Towards the end of summer it's back to line drive swings.

What was the mechanical difference between HR and line drive swings?

Yes her avg has gone up for sure. But the reduction in power doesn't make sense. Same pitchers, same distance, same dad doing front toss (lol).. Some thing has changed in her swing for sure, and it's not all bad, but I know she is disappointed that she is not hitting as far as usual. Power is leaking in her swing somewhere.. but it's not the bat.. it's got major pop

Lots of scenes in that movie are facepalm moments for people with deeper mechanical understanding than the average movie-goer. The part at the beginning of the movie where he strikes out Whammer always gets me. He's throwing maybe 40 mph from maybe 40' away. SMH.

Next time you hit fungoes to the OF be conscience of the adjustments your body makes vs. when you are hitting grounders to the IF. You should be able to feel the adjustments rdbass mentions.
