Just behind home plate
Thanks for the review Gabby. Still leaning on getting DD one later in the fall.

I absolutely LOVE this bat. I used it in our first two games and I felt absolutely keyed in. Went 3 for3 in game 1 with a homer, a single, a double and 4 RBI. Game 2 I went 2 for 4 with a single, a double and 3 RBI. I feel like I'm making more solid contact with this new bat.

Okay so I don't have the patience to go through 29 pages of this thread so can someone give me the cliffnotes version please?! Haha is the bat so good that it deserves 29 pages??

It's the Indian not the arrow.

Some arrows are alot more forgiving than others...

I'm telling ya, take your DD out to a field and hit with 1 or 2 dozen balls all the same brand, and amount of wear, and measure the distance the ball is hit from her current bat to the Easton Ghost.

I'm not going to tell you that the max distance is a lot farther with the Ghost, but I'm here to tell ya the sweet spot is very wide and consistent on this bat. But it does have a spot inthe middle of the sweet spot where the ball really jumps
It's not like a Xeno which has unbelievable pop but a smaller band of max pop on the barrel.
More room for "error" so to speak, while still getting great pop.
The end result is more balls that are flying farther, I believe, because there is more room for error.

With the sheer amount of older Xeno bats I have for my oldest DD, I should be the most skeptical of the Ghost, due to the fact that I have a pile of money wrapped up in them.

I'll wrap up where I started...compare any same size/weight fastptich bat to the Ghost, while using the same brand, model and quality of ball and compare distance...try it.
Or try the same with exit speed.

I have no dog in this fight...
But I do have a pile of older Xeno's (and I mean a pile) that are getting past up by my younger DDs for the Ghost.

Apparently, you too didn't bother reading all 29 pages of the thread. My DD has the Ghost. As already stated/posted in one of the 29 pages. My DD likes the Ghost. My DD( guest playing) hasn't been able to use the Ghost in tourneys because they have all been usssa. So, we haven't hit with the Ghost as much because of the tourneys and I'm a firm believer of practicing with what you will be using.
Today during BP to get ready for the upcoming college season DD was able to use her Ghost.
Let's just say DD was very, very happy. DD commented that a lot of hits during the tourneys would have went further with less effort.
Please see my earlier posts on the Ghost in the thread for my other thoughts/results.
Again, it's still the Indian and not the arrow.

Yes, I read all 29 pages...Dude, apparently you don't know what "It's the Indian and not the Arrow" means...even though you use it repeatedly...ya, I get it, the batter still needs skills to use the bat (arrow)

In the case of the Easton Ghost... it's definitely the Arrow...:D

The Easton Ghost is a better arrow in the hands of all Indians...:D
