I don't know what you're hitting to make it sound like a Xeno...haha :)

You are very welcome sir...hope she enjoys.

Like I have said, not every person will love the bat, its the nature of hitting...but I am still
waiting on the first one that doesnt ;)

In Colorado at the Fireworks they have a vendor area. The Easton booth was hopping with everyone swinging the Ghosts. The PXT's were hanging sadly watching in silence while the Eastons were getting worked out. They had a whole rack of 31's and 32's so they are coming soon.

That is AWESOME...hahaha :)

I've hit about 50 balls so far with it.

You can tell the total width of the sweet spot on the Ghost is wider than on the Xeno. Similar to the CF8/9.
Like someone mentioned before, the Xeno has a very hot sweet spot that is smaller.

But with the Ghost, as with the Xeno, you can definately tell when you hit the ball in the dead center of the sweet spot.
The ball really jumps off of the Ghost when you hit the center of the sweet spot.

DD still working out the Ghost off a tee and soft toss into a net. To give her some perspective I put the pocket radar on her. She has cruised at 59-60 with a Mako and a CF8 -10. 61-63 with a broke-in hot SRV4B Synergy. First shot on the radar with the Ghost - 66. Second shot 69. Cruised at 64-66 after that. Shes bouncing off walls to get this on a field and in a game.

To be fair she hit a CF8 Insane 64 three times in a row. Just can't seem to make that bat work in a game. She said it feels funny when she swings it. The synergy is real heavy but she makes solid contact consistently. She says the Ghost is a smooth swing.

Side note... I have some bats for sale

Just got back from DD's hitting lesson and Oh my, this bat is the real deal. I just purchased a CF9 a few weeks ago, and then I just purchased the Ghost off of Core. Sorry after reading the reviews I couldn't help it. My DD was like "mom I love you and appreciate you, but you just got me a bat. My hitting coach is going to think we are crazy." Needless to say, first he had her hitting off a tee into a bow net, and it was immediately noticeable the pop the bat had. DD just turned and smiled. As the lesson progressed it was apparent the hype is real. First hit off him pitching, over the fence. Actually she finished the lesson with three over. The downside is we don't have anything coming up that isn't USSSA. My advice is, get one. Now.

So when the USSSA approved bat comes out next year, what will the difference be between the one you can buy now and the one you buy later? Other than the stamp of course lol.

My DD's just arrived. Unfortunately I'm out of town until tomorrow. Core is the Man! Ordered it Tuesday 2PM Eastern time, in my DD's hands tonight. Thank you!

Should I send an email to the Demarini distribution about what bat I just bought, or let sleeping dogs lie?
