Supposedly July 1st
Would love to send DD off to college with one of these. She is die hard LXT fan so not sure if I can bite the bullet and do it. She also wants/needs a new glove. Sigh.

Any bat in the free world could develop a rattle on the first hit. There could be a piece of glue that
breaks off and there is the rattle.
Bats come off an assembly line, not every one is perfect.
Agreed. Didn't mean for that to come across as an Easton bash. Was just agreeing with the other guy that Easton was great to work with in ref to getting the bat replaced. In fact Easton was out of the size I needed for DD at the time, and they replaced the rattle bat with one that was an upgrade at the time.

In Colorado at the Fireworks they have a vendor area. The Easton booth was hopping with everyone swinging the Ghosts. The PXT's were hanging sadly watching in silence while the Eastons were getting worked out. They had a whole rack of 31's and 32's so they are coming soon.

Been watching this thread for a few weeks. First post. Just picked up a Ghost for my 16U daughter. In her 1st at-bat last night using it, she smoked a very inside change-up down the 3rd base line for triple. She told me after the game the pitch was hit just off the handle (bottom of the barrel) and that there was no way her Xeno would have gotten the same pop on that part of the bat. I know that's purely subjective data, but she's been a huge fan of the Xeno and the Ghost has her impressed right away.

My daughter loves her Xeno. Tomorrow she gets to use the Ghost in a hitting lesson. Can't wait to see if the hype is real.
