Based on Easton's past several years of poor performing bats I'm very skeptical they have now suddenly starting making a significantly improved product. I really don't care what the reason is for the lack of across the board association approval. That's really irrelevant from a practical standpoint. Either it's approved or it's not! We play in multiple association tournaments so it does impact us. My DD has a few bats but tends to end up preferring one over the others. I need all her bats to be available for all games she plays.

Its fine to be skeptical. Easton products have been very mediocre for years. I don't or will never lie
to sell bats as I do know a little bit about bats and I value my rep unlike some other stores.

This bat WILL PROVE it !

I wonder why all the hate for Easton. The recent model years of the Mako CXN (Torq included), compare well with bats from LS and Demarini. I'm speaking of both subjective and measured performance. When we measure ball exit speeds, the Makos are very comparable with some of the biggest bat names in the sport. Oh and go to a LL baseball game and you'll see a ton of Eastons in those boys bat bags.

I see the Ghost drop 9's are being advertised by other sellers and that is really what I want to get my hands on. I would love to add a 33/24 to my daughters bag. I'm hoping that they run heavy like most Easton do. I'll hold off and see what develops and when the drop 9's become available.

Not hate, just I think more disappointment from players. Easton used to put out top bats years ago...and they
kinda just went same old same old for many years with no improvement or any attempt
at keeping up with other bats performance wise. So players/buyers are going to be a little
skeptical.

Guess time will tell on performance and durability on this one. DD not playing all summer, so I will be looking to pick up one of these used next spring. DD has outgrown her 32/22 Xeno.

I would put the og Boombah cannon over the og Synergy. But I put the Cannon over the Ultra2. The og gray maxload
Ultra was the best bat of all time IMO. But each have their own personal qualities they like.
