Looking at getting about 4 dozen fastpitch 12" balls. Does anybody know where you can get some at a decent price. They are pretty expensive. Thanks.

Check with your local travel tournament director, they may have some used balls in good shape, cheap. I missed out in the fall, our guy said he gave away 12 dozen used balls. I'll be after him early this year.

I have been buying Worth Dream Seam ball from Dicks Sporting Goods. They are pretty good balls IMO.

They are 8.49 a piece but if you buy 12 or more they are 33% off, which comes to $5.66 a piece. When I purchase them I always purchase them in store because they will accept a coupon in addition to the 33% off in the store but not online.

I usually purchase 14 at a time and bring a $15 off a $75 purchase. It ends up costing $64.24 for 14 balls plus whatever your local tax is.

Good luck finding 4 dozen of them balls at one location. That might be pretty difficult.

That is the best price I could find on high quality balls.

Our small organization buys them from one of the largest softball leagues in the state. We get the Dudley SB12's for under $60/dz.

Sterling balls are awesome and priced great. They last way longer than most other balls.

I have a few leather Sterling softballs and I definitely agree that they are very high quality. Better than all the Dudley or Dream Seams that I own but they are more expensive. You get what you pay for with the Sterling softballs. I also like the option of having your team logo printed on them but I don't know how much more that option costs.

Epic Sports champro is good price and are pretty good balls.

I second this recommendation. I just bought a couple dozen of the Champro balls for practice. Only used them at one practice so far, but they seem like a quality ball, especially since you can get them at Epic Sports for under 40 bucks a dozen.

I have several that are a couple of seasons old. I buy the "game" quality. Durahide cover with a composite core. I imagine the cork ones would get out of round.
