Differentiate personal reputation and product supply reputation. If that was the case, his product wouldn't be booming like it is
in slowpitch if his personal rep was bad.

Yup, again, organization is not good. Its not warranty/service. Problem is, he is a smaller guy and sells a lot of bats and relies
on overseas to get the bats to him. He takes orders before he has the bats which gets him in trouble and is the MAIN reason
for the customer service issue. So if he expects 1000 bats to come in, and gets 750...hence the problem you now see. Now
250 customers are now waiting forever. I honestly have no idea why people would order a bat 4 months before they are out, but
they do. Which tells you to how good the product is.

Bats are nothing short of VERY GOOD...plain and simple. No downplaying that. I will put his bats up against anything made.

BTW, Louisville does this same thing in a much bigger scheme. Main reason their bats gets backordered very fast.
Difference is, LS can order 100 times the amount of bats in an order.

Kind of surprised they would come out with a bat that is as expensive as a top of the line Demarini or LXT. Is someone really going to drop $349.99 on a bat that is essentially the new kid on the block?

That's why I like NR bats. But I do agree, tough to get people to jump ship when its the same price

We were in the market for a new bat (freak was a dud), DD high school uses ASA rules, and we still play some ASA tourney's, so just pulled the trigger on the NR Torch. Talked to Liz in CS and she said it would be first batch shipped. Thanks Core for the inside info.

I will video some cage time with it when it arrives and give a quick review.

So Cal
do you mean non-return Monsta"s?

NR is a term used in the bat industry for bats that are new, but are not covered by a warranty replacement policy. Typical new bat pricing factors in the expectation that the bat will have to be replaced once. If there is no replacement, the bat can be sold for a lower price.

What were the results on this bat for those that used it this season? I just ordered it with the two lifetime upgrades or one replacement policy. We bought the purple white DNA in a 31/21 and my daughter loved it, and it is hot. But it's too small for her now.
