Differentiate personal reputation and product supply reputation. If that was the case, his product wouldn't be booming like it is

Yup, again, organization is not good. Its not warranty/service. Problem is, he is a smaller guy and sells a lot of bats and relies
on overseas to get the bats to him. He takes orders before he has the bats which gets him in trouble and is the MAIN reason
for the customer service issue. So if he expects 1000 bats to come in, and gets 750...hence the problem you now see. Now
250 customers are now waiting forever. I honestly have no idea why people would order a bat 4 months before they are out, but
they do. Which tells you to how good the product is.
Bats are nothing short of VERY GOOD...plain and simple. No downplaying that. I will put his bats up against anything made.
BTW, Louisville does this same thing in a much bigger scheme. Main reason their bats gets backordered very fast.
Difference is, LS can order 100 times the amount of bats in an order.
