Looking for advice on the best wristbands to use in place of traditional signs, and where I might be able to find them in bulk at a discount. I'm going to use a simple grid system I can create on Excel, so I don't need to use one of those expensive programs.

Champro Adult and Youth from Epic. Youth is good for about 14U and down. Adult for 14U and up.

Less than $4 each

Thanks for that heads up. I had a feeling the adult would be too big for most of them, despite what the listing says.

Yeah the listing is for boys since the wristbands started in football. Anyone with skinny arms is going to want youth sizing. Youth version is plenty big enough for whatever you need,

I am not an expert on wristbands, but I do know there are some really cheap ones out there, so in some cases spending an extra $ or two may be a better deal in the long run. Wrist bands get sweaty, dirty, ect, so cheaper is not always better.

I agree that EPIC is the cheapest. I don't use the quarterback style, just the regular wristband style.

Buy some laminating sheets at amazon.com and laminate your cards after you print them out. This prevents sweat and dirt from damaging them. One set will last you a whole season.

It also makes it easier for swapping them out (change pitchers, catcher needs a new card, etc.)

I use Martin for the systems I do for teams. I get a nice discount and don't have to pay shipping on them since I buy in bulk quantities, and sell them at $3.75 each if you have me do a system. Contact me at jffbaker3@gmail.com for more info. As for getting what you pay for, I've never had any complaints that someone wasn't able to use them for a full season, and most teams want new ones for the next year anyhow ... but some will wash and keep using.
