So DD is into 14U now and is ready for metal cleats. Of course no sports stores around here carry metal cleats so can't go try them on. Since her foot is still growing I'm not wanting to spend $100+ for new kicks just yet. Wanting any reviews or opinion on what every bodies DD is wearing. I'm looking at Under Armour Spine Glyde, Mizuno 9 spike, Boombah, and Nike Hyper Diamonds. It looks like all of these can be had for around $50. Her regular shoe size is a 7. I absolutely hate buying something without trying it on first.....her mother on the other hand does not lol.

3n2 Rally metal cleats on sale for 34.99.. 3N2 RALLY Fastpitch Softball Metal Cleats Nice cleat, true to size. DD has loved hers over time (she gets the pitching two ones which are also on sale)

Softball.com has the Mizuno 9 spikes on sales for around $30.. rememeber these size small so you probably need 8's for her... Mizuno Women's 9-Spike Advanced Sweep 2 Softball Cleats | Softball.com

Right now my DD is wearing some UnderArmour cleats she got on sale for $25. That deal isn't arouns right now, but there always is one someplace.

Hard to beat Ringor for softball cleats, but they are not cheap and I did not start buying them for my DD until her foot stopped growing. That said, if your DD is a pitcher, there is no better choice than Ringor with the pitching toe.

DD has worn them all and she likes the Mizuno cleats the best. She has a size 10.5 to 11 foot (I know right) so now a days she wears the men's but she liked the women's too. The are light and put up with a lot of her abuse (she is a catcher). If you watch the sales you can get them at a really good price - I bought her 2 pairs on black friday for $14 a piece shipped (regular $75)...

New Balance are holding up much better than the Mizuno from the year before. I'll be buying New Balance again.

I would recommend the pitching toe for catchers also. Got DD a pair once her foot stopped growing too. Excessive wear on toes from blocking. Her next ones will be pitching toe model. Going to try to find something, maybe shoe goo, to coat the toes on this pair.
