Time to move up in bat size?

If I was paying someone for hitting lessons and they said it was time, I'd move her up.. I would do it on the off season though.

Grab a friends 33 and let her swing it. As long she can maintain her mechanics, should be fine. My DD went from a 31 DeMarini to a 33 LXT, both -10's. Choked up till she got used to it. Agree with ^^^, off season is a good time to move up.
Have her stand with bat @ side... the knob should come up to where you would wear a wrist watch.
