Already sent casedawg a PM, but I need some help.

My DW left my DD's Vinci BV1929 a little too close to floor level last night when we got home from practicing with a new team in the Orlando area and our dog's got to it. I haven't seen it yet, but judging from the frantic, tear filled call that I just received from my DW it is completely useless. DD has a game tonight so she will have to use an old glove for it, but I need to get her a replacement ASAP. I have called Vinci and there are no local retailers. I have called the local Nokona retailer, that isn't Dick's because they rarely have softball gloves, and they are sold out of fastpitch gloves until June.

Does anyone have any suggestions about where to look or what I can do to get her a replacement quickly? I am about to have a VERY upset DD.

Trust me, I know. We've been working this one for a little over 2 months and it was a thing of beauty. That said, I need to get her started working a new glove into shape and I need to find something to stop the hurricane of screaming preteen emotional outbursts and guilt ridden motherly anxiety that I am going to be dealing with all weekend.

I have a broken in RV1961 that my daughter used, and it runs short, about like a 1929. I could send it to her to use till we can get the other replaced.

PM me your number. If you are desperate I will sell you my DDs brand new backup that we just broke in for whatever casedawg51 will sell me a new one for. It is a BV1929-L.

You could also check my thread on a used BV1929-L that is currently on EBay.
