Chalk Talk Pro has proven to be a very valuable tool for our team. We have successfully leveraged the tool in the following ways:

* alternative to outside practice on bad weather days

* each player can study plays from their positions vantage point

* allows adaptation for a variety of learning styles

* assists new players in adopting a defensive strategy for play

* assists with onboarding new coaches to team's playbook and strategy

* advanced strategy to analyze opponent's playbook and develop response to them
Brian has been a pleasure to partner with in the development of our playbook. His passion for the game and this technology is evident in the increased quality of Chalk Talk Pro.

If I didn't know better, I'd assume you were a marketing manager for the Chalk Talk people. Luckily, on your first post, you used a lot of big words and a bulleted list, so now I know you're a real customer!

I don't see the value in it myself. Videos (on the website) mention $24 as a price, but on the purchase page, everything is $70.

From the website:
Chalk Talk Pro was born on a white board with tape to mark the foul lines and bases....
For a lot cheaper, (even than $24) I could buy a chunk of 24x18" laminate board and some dry erase markers and draw this stuff out. It would even be a lot easier for an entire team of girls to see rather than a few huddling around my ipad.

Seems to me like one of those things that just doesn't translate to the digital world very well. To each their own I guess.

Hi Acroyear, I am the developer of Chalk Talk Pro and would be happy to answer any questions people may have. As for who replied to the above post I have a good idea that is a high school coach out of Texas who we developed a digital playbook for. I believe they have won a couple of state championships over the last few years and I am happy she would speak so highly of Chalk Talk Pro. That being said if the laminate and a dry erase pen work best for you that is great too.
