We like the longer barrel length composite bats such as Easton. My daughter swings a 30 -12 now is a contact hitter, not a power hitter. Bats that seem like they would be her fit are the Easton S series and Mako, LVS Xeno and DeMarini CF8. Any feedback here would be appreciated greatly.

FWIW - I have heard from both Easton and Louisville reps that the Easton's arguably have a bit more pop. However, and this is big, for most girls the Louisville bats feel better in their hands. I have received similar comments from numerous elite players. Comparing "pop: is like nailing jello to the wall. If she likes it and hits it well it is a great bat.

None, its the indian, not the arrow that makes each bat better than the other.

Each manufacturer has great bats and all have great performance, but not every bat fits every hitter as well as
other bats. Some hitters will hit an LXT PLus/Xeno Plus better, some hit CF8's better, some hit Makos/torqs better than the other bats.

What one player loves in a bat, another will hate. That's why there are choices.

DD has a Demarini (thanks to CoreSoftball20) and a Xeno. Xeno runs heavier. I've taken her bats to the post office self shipping kiosk and weighed them. While the weight might seem minimal for an adult, it is noticeable to DD. IF THAT HELPS AT ALL....

DD loves her 2Legit, but her college team uses LS bats. She picked the Xeno Plus over the LXT and claims she likes the Xeno Plus almost as much as the 2Legit.

Combat Portent G3 - DD dropped her CF6 for this bat, one-piece but pretty hot right away. Totally agree that how it "feels" to the player is hugely important. No logic says the Combat should be better than a well broken in CF6, but I can't argue with the results.

For you daughter, it might be. Some prefer one piece. They are completely diff feels than 2 piece (especially CF bats), so maybe she found what she prefers.

For 99.9999% of others, no, it wont be better than a broken in CF6...haha
