Well it is that time again. DD has ripped out another catcher's bag so I am looking for recommendations - preferably for one that will last longer than 6 months. DD prefers a bag with one large space with a full zip top - not a fan of all the little compartments and dividers. It has to be large enough to carry a full set of catcher's gear, batting helmet, 2 mitts, 2 gloves and cleats. Also needs to hold at least 2 bats, prefer space for 4. She went through 2 Easton team bags in a little over a year (zippers blew out on both). Need a bag ASAP so if you could also include internet sites that would be great (no options to buy local). Thanks!

I really like my daughter's Wilson Pudge bag.

One large space on top
Compartments on each side for shin pads (these don't interfere with the main compartment storage)
Room for 4 bats

I see them listed on Amazon, Epic Sports, Cheapbats.com. There are a few color choices available.

Back on the dirt...
We have 3 boombah beast bags. They have been very durable. Only complaint is the red and navy bag faded pretty bad in one year. But the seams, the wheels, the handles and fabric have been very tough through lots of tourneys and drops out of the back of my truck.

no errors

Not cheap but we love it.

We've had good results with Boombah Beast, also check maxballbags.com for the Cobra XL.

My DD is currently using a Boombah Beast, and it's been very good (except the mesh pocket ripping a little). If you're looking for a large single-compartment bag, the Boombah Brute might be a better call.

All that said, I have been pretty impressed with what I have seen of the No Errors bag.

You can take the dividers out of the center. DD likes one divider on top and these things are sturdy. The dividers snap in with buttons and use Velcro also. I'm really impressed with the quality. I also like the fat wheels:)

bags

We have both and the Tanel is great quality but it seems just a bit small compared to No Errors. DD liked Tanel ' s bottle holders though.
