NC State coach gets a warning for asking third base ump why Barhill allowed to crow hop.
Still one set of rules for Barnhill and another for everyone else.

She is throwing 3-4 mph slower when not crow hopping.

Some things never change. If she learned how to triple plant, they would probably let her.

Yeah. I just watched a freshman lefty BiG12 pitcher still replanting like she did all her life. It also appears that she lands out of the lane. Also doesn't wipe her hands after she fiddles with the chalk between pitches.

But changing the illegal pitch penalty was going to make umpires call it! Ya right. You wont see any difference in high school either.
