Looks great!
Only feedback would be that the parking lot will never be able to serve the number of people attending.

This would be awesome. We just don't have parks like this in the Northeast like you see elsewhere in the country. Pratt & Whitney is the closest thing to it, and DD got a tibia bone bruise from falling in a hole in the outfield there.

If I still coached a travel team that was willing to travel that far for a tournament, I would definitely place it on our list. To date, my favorite place to play has been Berliner Park in Columbus, Ohio. Next would be Ocean City, MD, but that is for other reasons...

That was my first thought as well when I saw the drawing. Hopefully they have access to additional parking as well. That is one of the hardest things when it comes to tournaments. There never seems to be enough parking.

During a tournament you need roughly 30 parking spaces per field figuring 15 per team.

That is nice to have a dedicated fastpitch complex. Nothing wrong with playing on normal 300' fields, but the girls like feeling like they're playing on a legit field.

It says more than 3 acres of team warmup space.

I really wish every new facility would give warm up space and hitting cages priority.

And I wish Bownet etc would figure out a portable cage system even if it is really short

This is sweet! The fastpitch only fields are really cool. My favorite fastpitch only complex that we've been to is Majestic Park in Vegas (12 fields). This place in Windsor looks comparable to that.
