Shaun: I looked on DF, Hey Bucket, Rainbow Fields, and Travel Team Search. The AASA has 5 12U teams, just none that are actually in Sac (or close enough to where I live where I could realistically get to a practice on a weekday. Their teams are in Loomis, Dixon, Woodland, Brentwood, and Tracy or East Bay. The closest to us for driving is Loomis, which is 43 miles from us (and easily more than an hour due to traffic). Second closest would be Dixon, which is 39 miles away but through horrific traffic (probably an hour and 10 minutes. Universal is in Concord (74 miles), which is way too far for me.

Gotcha. I more just saying that alot of teams including those were going to more facebook announcements. If you search for the teams you are interested most of them you can like and follow on facebook and get the info that way. A buddy of mine just got his daughter on the woodland AASA team and he lives in Galt..... Too far in my opinion but they are doing it.

Someone in Novato just started a 14u AASA team, and another coach started an ‘09 10u Universal team also in Novato. which kind of shocked me. It will be interesting to see if they play at the caliber of their other teams.
