When my girls were young we played USSSA (in Chicago/IL) at the time there were a lot of teams playing that org at that age and we could see how we ranked against other teams in the state on their Web site which was fun, and then we went to USSSA Nationals in Orlando, which was a great experience too. We ultimately 'graduated' to ASA then finally PGF but USSSA was a great experience at the time.
