What’s your experience with this bat? Good pop? I need to get my daughter a new bat but don’t want to spend more than $200. I was looking at this bat and it got really good reviews for the price but before I pull the trigger I would rather get the opinions from you guys. Also open to other bats in that $200 price range if you recommend one. TIA!

Cory - one of my DD'd was given a 33/23 Stealth at an event last summer and her and her sister have used it this past off season for a lot of tee work and colder weather practice. It has held up well and my overall impression is positive. I can't speak to the current price but I would reach out to CoreSoftball20 on here and see what suggestions he might have for you.

I’ve heard from multiple people that the Stealth Retro = yes! The Stealth Flex = heck no!!

I have seen that discussion too but wonder what the reasons are. My daughter and I have tested bat speed (Easton Power Sensor) and exit speed (radar gun) on the 2018 Stealth Flex, 2018 Ghost, and a broken-in 2016 Mako, all in 33/23, and the results were very close.

An equipment rep who supplies our HS team and the organization Anna plays TB for is the first/main person who told me. He said he got stuck with quite a few and had to practically give them away! And this guy generally keeps 300 bats in inventory according to our HS coach. I’ve only ever spoke to him by phone, never been to his place. He said in their demo testing, the Flex couldn’t touch the Retro.

Got to be smarter when stocking bats. We usually have well over that (we do sp as well though)...but the main part of this business is knowing/understanding what the product is
before ordering anything that comes out. Most stores dont bother and just assume every fp bat is gonna fly out the door for 350 bucks.

The Flex was the same old same old. Very good BP bat though :)

This should really be in the bat section?

So is the Stealth Retro the way to go for my price range? Do they make a 31/20?

Never ordered any, knew sales weren't gonna be good on any Easton until they made a overhaul to their bat technology. Never did any Flex's
or Retros.

I don't know if they made a drop 11 or not to be honest, never looked that hard. But I would def do the Retro over the Flex if I was forced to pick one
if I was actually gonna use in a game

My daughter used one last season. Had good pop and was definitely worth the $110 I paid for it. They never caught on because of Easton’s reputation pre-Ghost, but it’s not a junk bat. It just wasn’t popular. She actually liked it quite a bit. And she’s had all the major players in recent years - Xeno, LXT, CF series. She just can’t stay away from Demarini too long.
