Man, you put one strip of electrical tape around the middle of a wiffle ball, and now you got yourself a pro wiffle game :)

In Philly we would cut the end cap off of the wiffle ball bat and load the bat with wet rolled newspaper then duct tape the cap back on.. hit some bombs with that juiced bat. :)

I forget who made it, but there was a black wiffle bat that had a slight endload to it.

I do also remember putting sand in the yellow bats :)

OK softball player but an awesome whiffe ball player, ball just drops when hits the zone. Could also hit it over tree in backyard.

Occasionally DD and friend will play a game in our frount yard with TCB balls. Need multiple TCB balls. I need to ask them someday what the rules are if any.

When I was a kid, there were 2 other kids living on the street that I regularly played with. With only 3 of us, we couldn't play anything close to a regulation game of baseball, which was our favorite sport. Instead, we played something along these lines: it was 1 v 1 v 1. One person would bat, the other two would be on defense, so when you were on defense, you worked with your partner against the one on offense. We played on the street, so tennis balls were used instead of regular baseballs (less likelihood of breaking something). "Home" was a spot in the asphalt of the road directly in front of one home's driveway. The infielder for that turn had to play within the zone in front of the driveway of the next home. The outfielder had to play in the zone in front of the driveway of the next home. The batter would throw the ball in the air and hit it at the fielders. You had to hit it towards them on the road; anything that went to a sidewalk before passing the infielder was an automatic out, as well as anything that hit a sidewalk on the fly. Anything caught by the infielder was an automatic out. Anything caught on the fly by the outfielder was an out. Anything over or through the infielder and fielded on the ground by the outfielder was a single. Anything on the ground that got past the outfielder was a double. Anything over the outfielder and in front of the home run line (the next driveway) was a triple. Anything over that was a home run. Once three outs was reached, everybody rotates. Yes, lots of ghost-runners were used.
