IScore Technical Issues

So DD's coach wants to start tracking more pitching information and IScore has pitch placement whereas GC does not so I'm trying to learn IScore..

With GC, I login with one password and am able to get all my data on the website, my IPad and my phone.

I'm trying to figure out how to do that with IScore. On my IPad I had everything set up with our team and imported some other teams. Online, using that Admin password from my device, I was able to see that data on the website.

I'm trying to look at it on my phone now but cannot figure how to sign in and connect my phone as a device.

I registered on the website and put in a password, but it is not accepting that on my phone now. Is it using something different?

Any tips..I can deal with it not being on my phone but just want to see what I've done wrong.

Following! I am going to set up IScore for coach to track pitches this year also. Hoping to replace our paper pitch tracking. Need it to work on a phone though....

On the Ipad
Options -> Export
On the phone
Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web -> use the customerID and password from your IPad Iscore install

You have to register both devices with the same account. Then you can export onto the server from one device, then copy it, and import to the other. There are multiple steps to set it up. I wish they'd simplify that because in most ways iScore is very superior to GC in my opinion.
