Schools pulling or reducing offers happens more than people realize. Players do not want to talk about it because they perceive it as embarrassing since they have been telling everyone they were going to XYZ University since they verballed in 8th grade, and most people believe that everyone is getting a full ride. Coaches do not like to talk about it because it would put a negative connotation on their recruiting activities.

Even now Danielle does not want to name the school that dumper her during the recruiting process!

Thanks for sharing, good interview. Just watched with my DD's who have been following her for several years. Hopefully she (and others like her) can bring about positive change to the recruiting landscape that has become such a mess. It's really too bad that good ethics, accountability and commitment are only sound bites used in public by so many folks these days.
