Went from laughing to knowing that ready to scream feeling as I went through your list.

I guess I am lucky, my DD only wants to wipe down the ball during practice with me. If I saw her spending time wiping down a ball in a game I might go nuts myself.

Not as bad during the game but a towel hanging out the back of her uniform drives me crazy. When pitching with her PC it looks like she is going to rub the seems off the ball if he is talking to her. Then she has to put it down perfect of course. LOL. Good Times!

Are pitchers allowed to keep a towel on their uniform, and clean off a ball like that on the collegiate level?

Academy around here carries Schutt and Nike towels that velcro on the belt.
DD used one all year long. They start off white, but soon become rusty red looking.
