Dunno. It's certainly a very bland announcement.
It didn't originate from CNN, so it has that going for it !

The CEO, Michael Chiaradio is apparently invisible on LinkedIn and appears to be an amateur video podcaster and blogger. He claims to have "Michael has proven success working with expansion franchises." but good luck trying to find any evidence of that.

Best I can figure out is his full time job is as a manager at mahwah honda in NY, if it's the same guy.

Where is the prospectus for purchasing shares and becoming a shareholder? I smell lawsuit all over this, if they happen to raise any money.
