I am sure there are tons of online retailers that can print the postcards. We used VistaPrint and had very good luck with them. If you sign up to get their digital coupons you can save 30-40% on your orders. I also created a excel spreadsheet data based that we used to blast email the coaches my DD's showcase schedule. I would be happy to share the data base if anyone is interested, but it is several years old and the info would need to be verified/corrected.

Hi Jad;
Thanks for the offer. DD used an xls to keep track, but always interested in seeing how others do it. I'll PM you my email.

VistaPrint is in our neck of the woods, so very familiar with there services. They must be doing well, because they just built a really nice office building.

Email sent, I hope it helps! Good luck in the recruiting process.

BTW - the XLS I sent was used to upload the addresses to the Vistaprint website. For a very reasonable fee, they printed AND mailed the showcase schedule post cards for us.

Great thread and perfect timing. I really like the idea of using postcards in addition to email as a way to stand out from the pack!

Thanks for the offer JAD, sending a DM with my email as well. We are just starting to send emails to coaches and the postcards are a great idea! I had bought notecards thinking a handwritten note is always better, but I didn't even think about putting her picture on them. That is brilliant. Off topic, but we are in Georgia too. DD plays for Ga Power 04, first year 14u. What club did your DD play for before heading to Duke? And were they helpful with the recruiting process?
