This is important.

When does your Team go into dugout for the start of your game if there was a previous team in Dugout?

I have been over run a few times just trying to clear the dugout for the next team.

Drives me nuts, wait a couple minutes.

Assuming the TD is trying to get things moving they umpires are trying to push the game. We always let the other team clear out before we move in but are usually lined up to do so right as they are leaving. Truthfully the only issue we've really ever encountered was a coach who liked to talk to his team in the dugout while other teams were waiting.

Sometimes I tell my players to put their stuff outside of the dugout so we can go straight on the field to do some field work. We do this when time is limited (game will start soon).

This ^
It's like waiting for the elevator to clear out before you go in.
We've never encountered a coach that likes to talk in the dugout other than to hurry his/her team out.
B.T.W. The catcher is usually the last girl out on our team, but she gets that from my DW, her mom.

Our catcher is the last one out as well (my DD) - moving through mud that kid...
She has a sep bag for her catcher gear too so that slows her down as well...

I don't think I've ever seen a coach do a talk in the dugout - though recently DD's coach (who coaches a second team) did his talk with the girls in the dugout before the game was over (they were going to win anyway and he just wanted them to be able to get their stuff and go when the game ended)

Same here. Then you don't have to worry about your team standing there doing nothing while other team clears out. If a team is really fast about clearing out I'll kid the players and tell they need to come back and give my team a lesson or two. That usually gets a smile or two from them.

usually just hanging out close to the dugout once game is over all girls make sure they get their stuff and line up outside the dugout giving other team plenty of room to clear out and just politely wait, nothing else to really do.

Like others, we usually set our gear outside the dugout and go straight to the field take some grounders and fly balls. However, the amount of time it takes some teams to get out of the dugout can be really irritating. It's not like the end of the game was a surprise. Be considerate and be ready to clear out in a hurry.

If we're up by a lot I will tell the kids in the dugout to start packing up. If it's a close game or we're down. I don't. I don't want to give the impression I've given up on the game and them. Once the game is over I'm pushing them to hurry up and get out.

Totally get where you're coming from, but it's not that hard to pick up trash between innnings and not give the impression the game is over. I keep our book and it just drive me nuts to have to wait and then get the other line up card and get everything entered into Gamechanger, etc.
