Since DFP seems to enjoy illegal pitch threads, did anyone watch the WCoS game between the US and Australia on July 8th? Australia has a LHP (#9 Kaia Parnaby) who has the most obvious "gym step" I have seen at this level of play. The game is available on WatchESPN. The camera angle behind the pitcher clearly show it.

If the thread is illegal, why are we still allowed to post? 
I thought that I read somewhere that WCoS uses international rules and that meant that were no rules on crow hopping or leaping...? But I had just spent the day watching 18U in 105° heat so it may have been brain fry. I distinctly remember thinking that it was a crock of s**t...
