Hello Everyone,

My name is JyhHow Huang.

I'm writing this post on behave of Wagor Jaguar team. We are looking for a pitcher who can throw over 70mph(110kmh) to play in Taiwan for August and September, 2017. The Taiwanese Women's Softball League just started last year and offer same package to all foreign players.

a.USD3,000 salary per month

b.One roundtrip economy class ticket form USA, Australia or where the player is playing/living to Taiwan

Here is the news about the league Historic Women’s Softball Professional League launched in Taiwan | WBSC

And the games from this year https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCh4NG4Xw911KMFg48-rI8cQ

Please spread the word for us and send me a message if there is any player you know who is interested, thanks a lot!

Regards,

JH

This sounds like an amazing opportunity, especially if food and housing are covered. 70+ might be a bit much to ask for, though.

Just talked to the head coach, housing will be included but not food. An average meal is only $4 USD in Taiwan though, pretty cheap.

70+ is not a must, 65+ or even 60 with good breaking balls and command, we'll take the best we can get. Friendly people, low crime rate, mixed culture, fun life in Taiwan.
We have some Japanese pitchers playing this month and hope to have some US or Australian power arms for August and September. If anyone is interested, please leave me a message, appreciate.

riseball, maybe Jake would be interested?

She is committed to return to Columbia to finish her degree in the Fall and work alongside Nickie Blue, and Chelsea Wilkinson as a Grad Assistant during the upcoming season. Can only imagine what BP will be like for the Gamecocks! She saw this and will definitely look for opportunities likes these in the future. She also has friends in the NPF who are working her so she has lots of options. The opportunities beyond college do not pay like baseball, but they are significant and plentiful.

Glad to hear that Jake is going to finish her degree! How did Chelsea Wilkinson end up as a grad assistant at USCe instead of UGA?
