The Boomer Esiason Foundation is having a contest for an athlete of the year that has Cystic Fibrosis. One of the contestants is a young softball player from Tennessee. Her name is Avery Flatford. We have played against her a couple of times and she is talented, hard nosed little booger. She doesnt let her disease get her down at all.
